Terms and Conditions

I agree to comply with the following Conditions and Regulations of the auction. I further acknowledge that failure to comply could result in extra fees, loss of my deposit, and or ejection from the auction.

  1. All sales are final. Each vehicle constitutes an individual sale (one lot). The auctioneer has final authority on each bid, which supersedes all other agreements whether oral or written.
  2. A $300 deposit will be collected from the credit card on file for each and every vehicle for which you are the winning bidder, or on vehicles which are if- sales that you have agreed to purchase after the seller accepts your bid.
  3. Failure to pay for vehicles for which you are the winning bidder will result in forfeiture of your deposit. If you contest the credit card charge on a deposit we will submit proof of your bids and your URL logs showing that you took part in our online platform to your credit card issuer. And we will report the attempt to dispute valid charges as credit card fraud. 
  4. You must be 18 years of age or older to register and bid in the auction.
  5. You must upload a valid form of ID and a valid credit card in order to register and bid in the auction.
  6. Only registered bidders who have not had thier accounts frozen will be allowed to bid on vehicles during the auction. If you find that you can not bid, please conact our office to find out why your account has been frozen.
  7. All vehicles must be paid for within three days of the auction day. Any payments received after the third business day of the auction may be subject to a $15 late payment fee.
  8. All vehicles purchased at the auction must be registered in the name of the registered person(s). Registering vehicles into the name of other persons may be subject to a $50 resale fee.
  9. The purchaser will be responsible for all fees and charges associated with the purchase of the vehicle(s) including; tax, title, license and buyers premiums and internet fees. 
  10. All vehicles taken out of the country will be stamped as "EXPORT ONLY" on the title and will not be subject to tax, title, or license fees. Be sure to inform the title clerks of your intentions prior to paying for your vehicle.
  11. All vehicles purchased from our auctions are sold as a "TITLE ONLY", and the buyers will be responsible for the registration of the vehicle themselves, once titles arrive in the mail. 
  12. Vehicles cannot be removed from the lot prior to the completion of the auction. Offices will be open on the Monday following the auction for in person payments and vehcile release.
  13. It is recommended that all vehicles be towed/trailered from the lot to their final destination. Vehicles road worthiness is not guarenteed or implyed by auction staff. 
  14. Any vehicle left on the lot longer than 4 business days after the auction may be subject to a $20 a day storage charge.
  15. The vehicle owner has the express right to bid on their car up to the reserve price. All auction staff reserve the right to register and bid on any vehicles in the auction. 
  16. You are responsible for the vehicle(s) purchased at the auction. We will not be held responsible for any theft or damage to your vehicle(s) if they are not picked up by the Monday following the auction.
  17. The pictures and condition reports are not a gaurantee of the condition and/or usablity of the vehicles. Bidders are highly encouraged to inspect the vehicles in person. At our discretion, we may enter into arbitration with the buyer, in order to resolve some issues. This may include; recinding the sale, partial discounts, or covering some costs for the buyer. 
  18. Children under 16 years old and pets are not allowed on the auction lot at any time.
  19. Payments may be made by cash, check(dealers only), Visa, MasterCard, AmEx and Discover. A 2.5% fee will apply to all credit card purchases.
