Fred W. Britton Auctioneer
Fred is Charitable Auto Recycling lead auctioneer and has sold over 12,000 autos, boats and RVs which increased charity revenues by $4,000,000. He is a managing partner of Charitable Auto Recycling and specializes in the accounting, finance and operations management of the auction lot. Fred is a Texas based Auctioneer and is a member of the Texas Association of Auctioneers. Fred received his auction training from the legendary IQ School of Auctioneering in Quitman, Texas. Fred studied under International and World Champion Auctioneer Neal Davis and attends continuing education classes each year. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Texas State University and has been a managing partner in two other companies, Scuba Margarita and Deep Freddy’s Dive Center.
Fred is a natural born business leader and business developer. His charismatic personality and attention to detail are his greatest strengths. In his free time Fred enjoys flying, biking and scuba diving. Fred has been an active participant in environmental issues and helped to protect and preserve the San Marcos River. Fred financed and worked closely with Hays county leaders in order to clean and renovate Dudley Johnson Park on the Blanco River. His interest generated a renewed spirit for Dudley Johnson Park which led to the planning and upgrading of the park in 2002. Fred also serves as an elected Vestry member at Saint Stephen’s Church in Wimberley Texas.
